This auction is for the VERY RARE AND HARD TO FIND Longaberger nativity/manger set. Every piece is made of wood. The creche measures approx 14" tall x 16 3/4" long x 3/4" thick. Joseph stands about 8" tall, Mary is about 6" tall, baby Jesus is about 3" tall, and the donkey is about 6" tall. Each piece is 3/4" thick. A great piece to add to the Longaberger enthusiast's collection. The entire set is in excellent condition, only having been displayed once or twice. (Condition: Pre-Owned)

You are viewing a Longaberger Large Prototype Basket. The Basket measures app. 15.75"L x 11"W x 18"H and features a unique 'Baby Bump" look on the front of the Basket. It is a Natural finish, which allows you to be able to stain the Basket any color you like if you wish. It's perfect to store canes, wrapping paper, use with a bag for a trash can, store kids clothes in or use a drawstring liner to use as a Hamper. If you would like a Drawstring Liner, I would be happy to include one-just let me know once you purchase the item. A Prototype is the first Basket made and presented to the Longaberger Design Team to determine if that particular item is cost effective to make and sell. Some Prototypes were numbered and placed in the historical area-not for sale. Such is the case with this particular Basket. In 2021, a sale of the historical merchandise was conducted at The Longaberger Homestead. That is where this basket came from.
