I am the original owner of baskets 2-12, manufactured from 1996-2004. I started the collection after the first basket (Market) was launched. All baskets, liners, protectors and wood lids (where listed below) are in MINT condition. The baskets had been displayed in a smoke free, environmentally controlled environment. The Longaberger Company, Dresden Ohio, created handwoven baskets out of hardwood maple sourced from the US, pottery, hand-forged wrought iron and other items for over forty years, from 1973 to 2018. The company reopened in 2019 with artisans still located in Dresden Ohio who create baskets just as they had for a century before. Longaberger baskets are handwoven baskets and initialed by the artisan who created them. At the height of the company’s popularity there were over 4,000 weavers and over 70,000 home consultants. As a consultant for over 15 years, I have a great deal of inventory that was stored new and lightly used in smoke free home. This piece is estate fresh and has been very well taken care of. It stands about 32 inches tall with the top basket in place and is about 11 inches wide. You are getting the iron stand, 4 wooden shelves in good condition, 4 baskets, 4 navy blue liners, 4 plastic liners, and 2 lids. 3 of the baskets are dated 2002 and one is 2003. Many may not know this, but these are all hand crafted by basketmakers -- which is why they are so collectable. You will receive a total of 5 (No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4, and No.5).
