The basket measures approximately 15”L x 15”W x 6”H & has a brown leather strip woven around the top edge.
The hardwood maple wood crafts lid has a checkerboard design which can be used as a game board for checkers or chess.
Full set of chess pieces in pewter & gold. 
The basket has never been used other than for display.
